Valex AC3/DTS codec is ACM decoder that allows any VFW application to play .AVI with AC3 or DTS audio tracks.
It also allows .WAV files with AC3 or DTS contents.

- Extended AC3 sainty checks disabled
- How it recognizes AC3 files produced with buggy encoder
