PSP Video 9 is a free PSP video converter that converts video files, YouTube videos, movies and DVD's so you can play them on your PSP.
PSP Video 9 can convert all types of video files (avi, divx, xvid, flv, x264, vob, mpeg, DVD's, YouTube, etc.) into the proper video formats (MPEG-4, H.264) that play on the PSP.

• This release should fix the startup crash that is occurring on a small subset of computers. It should also fix a bug in the way the timestamp is printed which was causing conversions to fail on certain international computers.

Gave this new upgraded a 3 because a few bugs it has for a Windows Vista 32. XP not sure of it. For the mean time i will use PSP 2.25 until all bugs are fixed.
