Combined Community Codec Pack (CCCP) 2015.10.25 beta
The CCCP (Combined Community Codec Pack) has been developed by anime experts whose aim was to offer great image quality while using the lowest amount of resources possible.
So, one of the main features of Combined Community Codec Pack is being light on your system’s resources and not affecting computer performance.
And everything is easy, from installation to customizing options.
When you install Combined Community Codec Pack to your computer, you can choose from a full installation process, which means you are deploying all the components of the codec pack using the options provided by the developer, and from a custom installation option.
In the second case, you have the chance to adjust the features of CCCP as you wish. After installing the codec pack, you can improve your media experience using a variety of software tools.
The main components of Combined Community Codec Pack are the LAV Filters, the xy-VSFilter, and MPC-HC.
These components are being constantly updated, so you enjoy your anime and other multimedia contents at an optimal level.
CCCP has a control panel for adjusting filter settings and gaining easy access to the pack’s components. You also have the possibility of customizing speaker channels. Also, you can choose what files to associate with MPC-HC.
If you are too lost in your settings, use the “Reset User Settings” button and you are back to default settings.
Combined Community Codec Pack is definitely a good choice for anyone who wants to be able to play media contents without having any trouble and especially for those who love anime.
Have encountered minor config problems, but always solved from within the filters settings.
While it's certainly not that bloated compared to K-lite, the codec is rarely updated, which means some bug solved recently may still persist by using this.
K-lite has newer, bug-fixed codec, while this provides less bloated but older codec. Manual installation of codec is certainly the best but I doubt those reading these would be doing that. So think twice before you install this.
