VobSubStrip helps you reduce the size of your subtitle files by allowing you to pick the exact subtitle streams you want to extract.
This lightweight application is portable and it doesn’t come with a setup pack. Just use the executable file whenever you need to strip unnecessary subtitle streams.
VobSubStrip has not been developed anymore since 2005, and its interface may look outdated to most users.
Nevertheless, the graphical user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate.
You can easily perform actions such as selecting IDX files, checking the subtitle streams you want to strip, specifying the output destination and filename, and shrinking files with just one click. Hit “Process” and the stripping will be performed in a very short time.
VobSubStrip is recommended to anyone who needs a simple and reliable utility for removing unnecessary subtitle streams and doesn’t expect advanced features or a very modern interface.
