Works like a charm. However, there's this bug where you can't make thumbnails for DivX files anymore -- not sure why -- it didnt' happen in the previous releases...
You can use GSpot 2.1 to view the codex required to view the video and some other information about the movie.
Thank you so much finally i can watch 15 movies i have been waiting to see for months do to codec 75 problems!
Why don't you include the latest version of AC3Filter, currently v1.02??
Version 0.70b is almost 2 years old, the newest is available on this very web site at:
For some reason though the official project home page isn't up to date...
About the light version:
I've tryed all other codec pack and this is the best for sure. It haves all the decoders needed plus some good encoders. It's easy to register the DivX v5'2'1 codec included to unlock the encoder functionality. Even without this option you have full Xdiv and MPG Fast and Low Motion encoding.
The full pack may be a little complex and have unneeded features for the common user, so don't waste your time and download the light pack right now.
Good tool! One thing about destination of video, can you put the browse button.
There's something wrong with one of the codecs. Might be DivX or XviD, but the thumbnails fail to be created for some of my DivX movies + Full Metal Alchemist Series + Samurai Champloo Series. Also, some of the movies I got started crashing now with this new release. >|
the RealMedia codecs are missing...
that`s VERY VERY bad......
Use Xvid (latest beta koepi build) instead. Does a better job than this ;-).
It decodes DivX as well.
get this and you'll never need another codec in your life
