I conducted a listening test and concluded that an OGG VORBIS (vbr q1) 64 kbps 44.1 kHz file provides the same music quality compared to an MP3 (cbr) 192 kbps 44.1 kHz file. 64 kbps vbr ogg vorbis=192kbps cbr mp3

Audio Quality: ABR>VBR>CBR
