Troubleshooting

My reader says the feed link is not valid

Check that you copied the whole link, including https:// at the start.

If it still fails, try the Direct link for the same feed instead of FeedBurner.

The feed is not showing new posts

Some readers keep a cached copy for a few hours. Refresh the feed by hand in your reader.

If nothing changes, remove the feed and add it again to force a fresh copy.

Posts look odd in my reader

Every reader displays posts in its own way, and some hide pictures by default.

Open the post on CODECS.COM to see it as intended, or try another reader.

Feed still not working? Contact us with the feed link and the name of your reader, and we will look into it.
