Yes. Tap any preset chip - New Year, Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's Day, Easter, Black Friday, Summer Solstice or Daylight Saving - and the target date plus event name update instantly. Easter is auto-calculated for the next occurrence and recurring holidays roll over to next year automatically.

The countdown automatically flips to a time-since display showing how long ago the event happened. You can also pre-set a past date to use it as a time-since clock, perfect for tracking sobriety streaks, days since you started a project, or anniversaries.

Yes. Enable browser notifications and you will be alerted at 30 days, 7 days, 1 day and 1 hour before the event. Notifications use the standard Web Notifications API and only work while the page is open in a tab.

Yes. Click the Fullscreen button (or press F11) to enter clean kiosk-style fullscreen. The tiles scale up to fill the viewport - perfect as a wedding-day countdown on a TV, a product launch overlay during a livestream or a desk display. Press Esc or Space to exit.

Yes. Your last settings are saved automatically in your browser via localStorage so refreshing the page or closing and reopening the tab brings everything back exactly as you left it. Use a private window if you prefer not to save.

Yes. When the countdown hits 00:00:00:00 a celebration banner appears, a confetti animation runs and an optional chime plays. Both effects can be toggled in the settings panel.
