K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 7.0.0
I've been using this codec for 3 years at last and always find it awesome and useful, but now when I'm using it with Win7 it plays some movies inverted, which doesn't happen with WinMediaPlayer but WMP has glitches and K-lite doesn't, is anybody experiencing the same issue? I've installed Win7 SP1 and problem remais.
Thanks

K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 6.7.0
I have had problems with my codecs over the last 4 months. Have had my pc for 6 years and have NEVER had a problem with video or converting. Lately it's been upside down and sometimes won't play at all.
1 SOLUTION.
1 open your video.
2 right click on the picture part of the video.
3 Choose output.
4 choose system.
5 choose system default.
6 restart your video.
The problems SHOULD be solved....
*good luck*

K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 6.6.0
1) Install K-Lite Mega Codec Pack or Real Alternative first. You\'ll see the following directory:
C:\\Program Files\\K-Lite Codec Pack\\Real\\Codecs
2) Save a copy of this [Codecs] directory. Because it\'ll somehow disappear when RealPlayer is installed, or you install K-Lite after RealPlayer, this folder won\'t exist (I don\'t remember clearly).
3) Then, install RealPlayer. As expected, WMP and MPC cannot play rmvb/rm properly (without sound, missing RealAudio COOK)
4) Go Control Panel -> System -> Advanced tab -> [Environment Variables] -> edit Path
Add the following path:
%path%;C:\\Program Files\\K-Lite Codec Pack\\Real\\Codecs
Adding the above path, [Codecs] folder is visiable to Windows. Now you try to play rmvb/rm with WMP and MPC, it will play smoothly again.

K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 6.5.0
Do NOT follow the instructions posted by AndidewA. It will cause major problems.
Adding support for RealMedia playback is easy. Simply install "Real Alternative (Lite)", or follow the instructions from the K-Lite FAQ.

Yes this version is missing real media codec, and this is my solution,
1. Install K-Lite Mega codec Pack 6.5.0 and copy all the folder inside c:/Program Files/K-lite Codec Pack and save it for later.
2. Uninstall it.
3. Install K-Lite Mega codec Pack That work with Real Media, For Example (in my PC) V.6.1.0
4. Paste all the folder from previous copy (V.6.50) to the same location (c:/Program Files/K-lite Mega codec Pack)and overwrite it.
5. You're done
Now you can play Real Media Files with K-Lite Mega Codec Pack V 6.50
I Personally Like it and Love it.

People who have problems with this pack should really read the included FAQ. It has solutions for many common problems. A solution for COOK audio is also explained in there.
K-Lite Mega Codec Pack 6.5.0
I tested v5.61 to v6.5 on XPSP3 and there's no audio for rmvb. It always displays the COOK. I had to revert to v5.3 (I read somewhere that some people went back as far as v5.05 to get theirs working).
K-Lite is awesome for a freeware. I just hope they would address the audio issue with rmvb formats.
I read in a thread that you could go and configure the settings in ffdaudio for v6.5 but when I did it, the audio playback was horrible.
