Trying to prepare for a burn of an MP3. I tell it to go to a folder and load the items in that folder to my list of items to be burned. Instead of doing so, it advises that it can't pass a filter (and I have no known filter operating) or that the path is incorrect, although it is the only path by which those items can be reached. I know of no way around this frustration.

Uninstalling all Nero installations impossible when down loading Nero 8 the uninstalled components returned, and I have down loaded upgrades for Nero 8 that is only a trial version complicating another drive and conflicting what I have paid $$88.00 to purchase. Communications with support is absolutely impossible. Is there a better company to use????????????????? and how can I get a refund on this mess?

Nero burning rom 5.5.8.2 i bought this program and when i tryed to update it was uninstalled from my computer.I want it back.during the set up a window came up to uninstall old before installing the updates. well the whole dam thing is gone and it wouldn't reinstall the new or the old program. Please return my old program or please return my money

Nero 7 using Express to burn from DVD shrink and DVDFab on a Vista system. Works good.

BUT burning recorded TV files, burns video under Media Center with NO audio. Had to use Sonic to burn recorded video.

Have a lot of silent dvds now.

I have had NERO6 for a long time now but all of a sudden I get the error code:- ADVRCNTR2.DLL CANNOT BE FOOUND AND IT SHUTS THE PROGRAMME DOWN.

I have exhausted ways to overcome this and any information regarding the above would be very much appreciated.

Anyone tried making 1:1 DVD video copies (single layer, unprotected) using Nero? All navigation is botched, just try opening the copy in DVD Shrink and see what happens.

Nero 6.6.1.4 is my first choice to burn my data. Very stable and not as fat as Nero 7.

Nero 6.6 is excellent.
