By using DVDSubber, the subtitle will always synchronize with the movie as the application uses the time code of the DVD.

The subtitle matches the video even if you navigate to another scene, pause or play the video in fast forward speed.

You can load already existing subtitles or use the built-in editor to create a new one.

Besides perfect synchronization, DVDSubber also offers customization options. Thus, you can change the position of the subtitle, its size, the spacing and the resolution. Outlines and shadows can be added as well, in order to make the subtitle easier to read.

DVDSubber offers an advanced user interface, ensuring an intuitive experience: hints box, a contextual menu containing common functions, a complex control panel from where you can access all configuration options, keyboard shortcuts, tips of the day, a file manager, and a playlist creator.

The application’s playback features are advanced as well. DVDSubber offers all standard DVD playback features, has bookmark support for DVD and media files, allows you to assign a profile to a DVD or a media file, and plays DVDs from a DVD drive or another type of folder.

What you need to keep in mind when installing DVDSubber to your computer is that you also need to have right DirectShow compatible DVD filters, as DVDSubber is not a standalone DVD player. If you want to be able to preview DVDs with this program, you will also need the right filters.

DVDSubber has not been updated anymore for a long time, but it may still be helpful for inexperienced users looking for a simple method of matching subtitles to their DVDs.

Important Note :

• DVDSubber is not a stand alone DVD Player to function properly it need DirectShow compatible DVD filters. Most of the software DVD player (PowerDVD 2.5, WinDVD 2000, and others) install DirectShow compatible filters.
