This program installs with chinese as default language, you need to delete the other .lang files except the en-US.lang from program's folder at C:\...\NetDragon\91 Mobile\ iPhone\LangPack. Only then you may restart it as english selected.
Although well intended, this program seems buggy, major improvements needed!!

Did not work for I wanted it.
Tried changing permissions on files, over and over, tried other ways, older version, just doesn't work.
