real player cloud is suck. whenever I download my video ,it is always said incomplete downloading..

Your thing blows, It wastes my damn time just trying to find the damn format needed to download. Im glad i didnt waste my money on this nutsty app.
I would just recommend going to www.keepvid .com and trying it out that way.

Still the WORST PLAYER ever. Not convinced? Read the "important notes" above, it installs spyware, malware and monitors usage.
Poor support (if any) for any format other than realmedia (which nobody uses anyway)
Great alternatives: Daum┬┤s PotPlayer, VLC or Media Player Classic Home Cinema.

Still the worst player EVER.
Such a piece of crap, it requires adobe flash player for mp4 and h.264 videos. No FLAC audio, MKV, or OGG support. No external subtitle support of any kind without installing additional software.
Do yourself a favor and get The KMPlayer, Daum┬┤s PotPlayer, VLC or Media Player Classic Home Cinema. Any of those are WAY more capable to PLAY all your video and audio files with strong support for .srt external subtitles, all of them are a lot lighter than RealCrap player and don┬┤t spy on you or constantly show you ads.
Not even the BBC uses it anymore: "The streaming service provided in RealMedia format has been with us at the BBC since 1996. At the time it was the best option available, but more recently alternative methods of delivery have become just as important. These include Windows Media and Flash.
When evaluating services with our public value tests, which includes the costs of the services, we came to the decision that RealMedia was something we needed to phase out."

The RealPlayer SP 1.1.3 Gold 12.0.0.658 is NOT the 'Gold' version . It's the basic SP version. No advance video controls..and buggy as hell.

All they can say is "excellent", "very good", "best". Sheesh!!! It's so obvious they are trying to promote their spyware crap. RP is not just a spyware, it's a nasty spyware. It screwed up my system and was hard to get rid.

Have to agree... Never really could understand why anyone would use this program.
RP has been on life support way too long.
RP you do need to RIP.
Now what would we recommend.
Just can't go wrong with MPC Home Cinema.

The reviewers who 5 rated this awful piece of software must be working with Real for Real or just Real crazies as no one is that stupid to use and like this kind of software. Unless of course you are a novice user.
For video use MPlayer and Zoom Player or Media Player Classic.
For Audio use foobar2000.
