Cucusoft DVD to iPod Converter 8.17

When I have some problems with cucusoft, I sent a numerous emails but NO RESPOND! This is terrible customer service. The software doesn't work! It cost too expensive! These people should report to FBI and BBB because this is a scam software. They are ripping off people money. Watch out don't purchase this or any cucusoft's products, they don't work but big, bogus of scam softwares.

when i was done converting a video with cucusoft it asked me to open the video up with itunes i said ok but when itunes opened the video was not on there. i tried again but the video still did not pop up i itunes

Have been trying to contact cucusuport now for two weeks regarding a problem. Have read all the faqs and whatever. All I get is an automatic response.
