Chopper XP makes it possible to extract a part of any DVD. This VOB cutter is very reliable and has an intuitive interface.
The cutting operation is simple: scroll to the desired location and mark the beginning and ending points visually.
You can set extraction priority and find out how much time is left until extraction is completed. The output is represented by a separate video file that can be opened individually.
Chopper XP eases your work as it enables you to open VOB files directly if you associate it with this particular extension. If the VOB file doesn’t load directly, you can use the “Manual Extract” function instead.
Chopper XP has not been developed anymore for several years, but it should work under Windows 7, too, and continue to help users cut VOB files the easy way. Moreover, image quality remains intact, as no recompression is involved.
