By using the VH FLV Writer application, you will be able to compose and write audio and video streams to FLV files.
This filter is DirectShow-based, which makes it compatible with a very wide range of multimedia applications.
Some of the options provided by VH FLV Writer are file changing when graph is running, adjusting video settings (for instance, bitrate, but only for H263 compression) and changing audio options (bitrate, sample rate, mono and stereo).
Audio settings are only available for mp3 compression.
