I wanted Explorer to generate thumbnails for h265 videos and this did the trick, easy to download and install, you know it's safe because it comes from a Microsoft domain.

This article doesn't explain how to install the extension after I've downloaded it.

I'm not familiar with .AppxBundle files, but Right-Click / Install seems to work.
