For those who the link doesn't work, try to copy the link from the proper Microsoft Store website.
I did that and worked pasting the link in the Adguard page.
I downloaded and installed the package successfully! It works.

Thank You - been scratching around for a week looking for solution to import to Davinci 18, Samsung S23 ULTRA files (H265), so many long-winded over-clever forms and comments, found this clicked on the links above, got my free hevc thing, didn't have to pay The Bill, went back to Davinci and it works no reboot required, it's made a lot of ppl I am helping to output a large thai buddhist ceremony sce footage + edits SUPER happy.
NB Firefox, Alwil Avast W10/64 just accept flags there are no virii in it. Note this is a jump from the original link....
