K-Lite Codec Pack Update is a small top-up installer that refreshes the components inside an existing K-Lite installation without touching your settings. It cannot install K-Lite on its own, and it is published only occasionally, which is why the current one is 19.8.0 while the main packs are on 19.8.5.

How to Download K-Lite Codec Pack Update

1 Click the DOWNLOAD button for your preferred link (US/EU Main or Mirror). When prompted by your browser, choose "Save" and select a destination folder.
2 We recommend using the mirror links (EU MIRROR / US MIRROR) first - they tend to be faster and more reliable than external sources.
3 Having trouble downloading K-Lite Codec Pack Update? If the download doesn't start, click the link again or try a different browser (Firefox/Chrome). Some security software may block downloads due to false positives.
