Purchased lifetime license. Program stopped functioning (cannot download any data -- have to manually enter information about movies but many of the features don't allow for manual data entry, so movie info is incomplete.

Have submitted multiple support request tickets, and absolutely ZERO response.

There is NO support. And the program doesn't retain my license code anymore.

NO support. This is the second time my "lifetime subscription" has stopped working.

This is nothing but a scam. PLEASE do not purchase this product.

The software has stopped working and there is no support for it. Do not buy this.

It was a great program until they switched to subscription license model. Switched to All My Movies, they license fee is one time.
