Codec Pack All in 1 6.0.3.0

There seems to be alot of negative comments. This program gave my system no trouble but opening a video file seems to take about 10 seconds longer than it should. I blame myself for not reading instructions or removing old codecs.

Umm.... Mine has an uninstall option. Add remove programs, Codec Pack- All in one 6.0.3.0

Maybe all these are old comments or something... i got tired of reading...

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS THE EXACT FILE TO DELETE? MY COMPUTER IS STILL CRASHED. im so dead =S

To unistall do this:
windows key + Pause/Break -> Device Manager ->Sound, video & game...-> Video codecs ->Properties

and remove them

after installing, VirtualDub does'nt see the Divx and Xvid codecs....i prefer now to install the files manually...much better results

Love the simple install, but I just reformatted and when I installed this pack my XviD thumbnails wouldnt load, everything else works perfect though

There's something wrong with one of the codecs. Might be DivX or XviD, but the thumbnails fail to be created for some of my DivX movies + Full Metal Alchemist Series + Samurai Champloo Series. Also, some of the movies I got started crashing now with this new release. >|

Hey the video looks great but alas no audio i am assuming that i need to now download an audio codec? I am using Powerdvd on a win 2k pro. all other audio seems to work just fine just not the xvid audio please help!!!

can't you people see what codecs are installed?
Why use A codec pacK ?
I hate pacK's . ! .
Why not install every codec you need, if you need (or think to need) ? and stop using pack's !
This world is fuul of nuts, and pack's ... no matter how small, also got nuts in it .
P.S.: that's My opinion :-) and you don't have to belive It!
