Elecard Stream Cutter is no longer updated by its developer - the last version here is from 2006. It may still run, but it gets no fixes for newer Windows versions or formats.

It has just a few features to work with: the input file, the output file and the cropping method (by size or by duration).
Users need to introduce numeric parameters such as the starting point and the final point of the cropped portion, either in KB or in milliseconds.
Elecard Stream Cutter has not been developed anymore since 2006 and it has been replaced by File Cropper.

It doesn't work , when you want to make file bigger than 2GB.:-(
