Stream Cutter enables you cut portions from an MPEG2 file, by size or by duration.
It has just a few features to work with: the input file, the output file and the cropping method (by size or by duration).
Users need to introduce numeric parameters such as the starting point and the final point of the cropped portion, either in KB or in milliseconds.
Elecard Stream Cutter has not been developed anymore since 2006 and it has been replaced by File Cropper.
This application is recommended to anyone interested in having an extra useful tool for video editing without overloading their computer’s memory.

It doesn't work , when you want to make file bigger than 2GB.:-(
